Why Next Steps?

Why Next Steps?
A pivotal inspiration for Next Steps came from a simple video shown below. It's about what motivates us. As it turns out, three things that really motivate us are autonomy, mastery and purpose. Next Steps is here to help us try that out. When you get a chance, watch the video and then ask yourself, "How can I help lead this community to build itself into something important to us?" When you decide whether or not you would like to find out, you will know, "Why Next Steps?"

Re: Why Next Steps?
I had a little chat with Daniel Pink, the author of Drive, that comes out as a new edition tomorrow. I invited him to stop by and he said he'll try.
In the meantime, I ordered his book and posted links to his site and tweets in the forum's list of footer resources. Who knows? Maybe he'll drop by and say, "Hi!" Maybe The Book Club Chatters around here will add Drive to their list of discussion topics. Maybe I'll join in!
